TROSA won several 2023 INDY Week Best of the Best of the Triangle Awards, including Best Nonprofit in the Triangle! Our TROSA Thrift Store and TROSA Lawn Care social enterprises were also voted Best in the Triangle.
For the first time ever, the INDY’s “Best of the Triangle” Reader’s Poll went County vs. County. The winners of Wake, Durham, and Orange/Chatham Counties (collectively, known as “the Triangle”) relied on community votes to determine the Best of the Best of the Triangle 2023 winners. We are honored to receive this recognition for our services and for the care we extend to those in need.

TROSA Thrift Store and TROSA Lawn Care play key therapeutic roles in our program. Along with TROSA Moving, our social enterprises are public-facing community assignment options, providing residents with team-based environments to learn and practice daily life skills and behavior changes for long-term recovery.
We opened our doors nearly 30 years ago and are proud to be an essential community resource, offering an effective and comprehensive treatment program to those looking to change their lives. Thank you for supporting our program with these honors!
