TROSA’s 2019-2020 Annual Report is now online. Each fiscal year, TROSA compiles an annual report to share its programmatic and financial accomplishments, milestones, and challenges with supporters.
The annual report shares graduate stories, impact numbers, and financial summaries. This year, report highlights include:
- Graduate stories from TROSA graduates training in our Thrift Store, In-Kind, and Lawn Care departments.
- Helpful statistics about the crisis of substance use disorder, including the news that drug-related deaths in the United States have more than tripled since the year 2000.
- Program outcomes for TROSA graduates, which show that 99% of TROSA graduates secured employment by the time they have graduated and left TROSA’s two-year recovery program; and that 95% of graduates maintained their sobriety one year after graduating.
- Insight into how TROSA navigated COVID-19 through the winter, spring, and summer months of 2020 while still providing services for more than 800 men and women in its residential recovery program
