TROSA is closely watching and is well-prepared for winter weather, including this weekend’s storm and its predicted path. The safety of TROSA residents is always our top priority, so please know that we have all plans in place for continuing to care for our residents. TROSA has a dedicated emergency operations team monitoring weather events and preparing for the uninterrupted care of our residents. Our campuses will also remain open to welcome new admissions. We may not be able to respond to all incoming calls during the weather event, and will do our best to respond in a timely manner. Thank you and stay safe!

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at TROSA. Please take a moment to answer the following questions to help us determine how we can best utilize your assistance and accommodate your interests.

Note for all TROSA Thrift Store volunteers:

Volunteers at the TROSA Thrift Store need to be 18 years old or older, with some exceptions for younger teens who are volunteering with adult supervision.

A COVID-19 note about masks: Our COVID-19 policies are evolving, and we are updating our TROSA Thrift Store volunteer masking policy based on levels of community infection and spread. When these levels are high, masking will be required. When they are low, masking will be optional. We will communicate what our current volunteer mask rules are when we confirm your volunteer shift, but please know this may change when you arrive. Thank you in advance for understanding as we work to ensure the safety of our residents and our community.
