One way you can support the work of TROSA is through donation of goods and services. Learn about how you can help:
TROSA provides food, clothing, housing, toiletries, transportation, school and work supplies for all residents – more than 400 people each day. We rely on item donations from individuals to meet all the needs of our residents. TROSA Thrift Store operates as a central donation location for your donated items. All items that can be used by the program are sent to the appropriate location, and items that can’t be used are sold at TROSA Thrift Store to help support the program. You may drop off your donations at 3500 N Roxboro St. in Durham.
For large items such as furniture, please email thrift@trosainc.org or call (919) 220.6119 to schedule a free pickup.
We have a significant need for donated vehicles of all types! Most vehicles that we receive can be actively used in the TROSA program or donated to our graduates. Donations play an integral role in allowing us to provide our program services.
